In lockdown i lost my job. On lock down period my both babies were only 2 years. Very difficult to manage without salary. I requested them many times but they didn't agreed some times they told me that its company decision, companies will sometimes they told me that due to cost cutting company need to take this decision to remove me, sometimes company told me that my respective project was closed. If it's really closed then another colleague's how they were work properly on same project. If my project is closed so why they can not move me in another project. I sent lots of mail to the company but no positive response. We can not go out and find another job due to lockdown. Very critical situation I faced. I join this company on March 2015 and I lost on sept 2020 I gave my more then 5 years to this company but when I needed this job on lock down period where my both baby is in only 2 year. They remove me as a company will or cost cutting or project close etc. Seriously pathetic process. We are giving our best to best for the company but company can remove us anytime. They don't think about employee. In lock down period pm Modi says don't go outside. Lock down means lock down no one remove any employee they will get their salary at least half salary but instead of half salary they remove us directly. I wasted my time for this company who can remove you anytime.

When I started my job that time my salary was only 15 thousand after 5 years my salary was approximately 25 thousand

Because of cost cutting company force me to give resignation in lockdown period. Due to lockdown I lost my job. In my experience letter company put wrong information. When I joined 2015 as a patient care executive and in 2020 my designation was business acquisition officer but in experience letter instead of business acquisition officer they put patient care executive i sent mails to correct information on my experience letter but not received any updates from their side.

...in and will make a liar out of you. No growth no learning nothing you will get. They won't promote or give increament to thier own employee but will replace the employee with new person with higher salary. If you resist against anything they will force you to quit by putting pressure on you. No job security you can be asked to leave whenever they feel. Better stay home than work here and disturb your mental health and confidence.

There is nothing to like about this organisation. unqualified people are sitting in higher position only because of "yes boss" culture. POSH policies or any other HR policies are not transparent, cases are cleared as Mid-Senior Management practice negative favouritism. Only deceitful people can excel here.

Office politics, Favouritism, Extreme Pay disparity Lack of strong policies, No integrity, No patient data privacy, data is shared to 3rd party without consent. Slave to client and money. Complete Laala culture. Want to experience same culture? Better work at streetfood stall, no notice period required. In all, toxic workplace.
