Lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues, no salary and career growth. No training given to new joiners. No other staff interested to take training. No appreciation given to staff

HCG as a whole group is good , got to know new things , goood to see all units connected with regular team meetings. GOT TO LEARN FROM CENTRALISED LEARNING SYSTEM

STRANGE!! - THIS WAS MAKING THE PERSONS GROW MORE IN OVER CONFIDENCE -DURING PANDEMIC WHEN EVERY ONE'S SALARY WAS DEDUCTED INCLUDING CENTRE HEAD,, THERE WAS PERSON FROM AND THIS GUY WHO WERE GETTING INCREMENT WHILE OTHERS WERE HAVING PAY CUT!!! -WORK DONE BY OTHERS BUT CREDIT GOES TO THESE 2 PEOPLE ONLY - THE WHOLE BVN UNIT IS FUSTRATED BY THE ACTIONS OF THESE 2 NOT FAIR -EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE VALUED - JUST LOOK INTO THE SAME IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SAVE THE UNIT - NO CENTRE HEAD FOR 7MONTHS -NO NURSING HEAD FOR 7MONTHS -NO PHARMACY HEAD -NO QUALITY HEAD AND MANY MORE KEY POSITIONS EMPTY,,AFTER I LEFT.. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE SAME ITS A GOOD BUILDING I HAVE WORKED IN THE SAME BUILDING FROM 2009 TO 2013 WHEN IT WAS THEN WOCKHARDT HSOPITALS

... duty timing compulsory -Treat employees according to their convenience -They will fire you according to their requirement -Holds salary after you left the organization -Rules are different for different people and changes according to their convenience -Less increment expect HOD's -No work-life balance -No corporate rules & culture

Extra long working hours with lowest possible pay. They will try to force you to do overtime saying they will give raise . then they will cheat you and make fun of you without giving raise. Too much paperwork and very frustrating and idiotic rules and regulations

Supportive team members as well as the other staff members. Dr Raj nagarkar the guy who owns the hospital is polite and only guy who motivates u and it would be like an honor working for him and some fellows working with him plus the senior doctors are very humble and respected. Now the cons is in the management not the doctors and its listed below

Dislikes

Politics is much more than the parliament, no growth in the organization, salary doesn't justify at all for 12 hours of working shift and the seniors some are extremely nice but some are not even worth looking let alone having a conversation with them. Wastage of time if u wanna work in operations or management here. Instead look somewhere else. Hospital only cares for doctor staff thats all
