New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

The school has very good work culture. It's culmination of their philosophy and ethos that make it a wonderful place to work and grow. Most of the times freedom is given to the concerned teacher to develop own curriculum. School has some really good knowledgeable and bright teachers. Also offers training from time to time which enables a person to grow.
