Likes

Working atmosphere is good but without much of facilities to offer except Tea or Coffee. Office is at Prime location w.r.t. accessability.

Dislikes

My bitter experience of losing my past arrears after i left the organisation. No scope for development or Improvement or upgradation technically. No sponsoring for technical improvement for attending Technical Seminars, Code committee meetings or paid webinars etc. Not an ideal place for overall development and exposure for future career prospects. MD & ED are a Highway and Structural Engineers but doesn't provide you any scope for technical up gradation or training. You will be only working without any technically up gradation.
