Fast paced, Creative work, Good clients.

Dislikes

Managemet have told employees that there will be 16-17 hours a day work and people will get fall sick we know but we cant help it thats the mandate of the company. If a company is saying this then you obviously know what work life balance you could get at a place like this. Office politics, Stealing credits. Currently the employees are good but the newly appointed senior management have some issues.

Good teams. Good work culture. Collaborative spirit.

Dislikes

Client servicing always lands teams in trouble by over-promising to the client and there is no consultation with the creative team. Client servicing can't really handle clients and their tantrums. Some creative supervisors need a wake up call too.

No support for operational teams. No teams, only consultants. No quality, but lot of buzz. Good for those who just want a job for survival, bad for those who are driven by passion.

What I liked the most is people were incompatible and always tend to avoid work or taking proactive initiatives. That's led me to take the opportunity to the next level on my own to deliver good quality work towards my clients. Yes, in that way I learnt a lot!

Dislikes

The work culture was too bad, people were too lethargic to push the envelope to deliver quality works towards the client. Because people had ample of free time, most of them used to do internal politics to survive their career. The management was disgusted.

I have been working with this Group for 8 years which is really good. Management gives freedom to do job and encourage always.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bit of worry. I am working for more than 12 hours sometimes and regularly 10 hours.
