It is Typical construction company run like any good company by the Indian managements.

No parity in the salary to your skills and long working hours. H R rules are not same for all the employee in the same garde.

Hasan Juma has been an excellent company with ample scope for hard working people. Unfortunately due to death of the chairman , the remaining owners have decided to liquidate the company. The company is now under liquidation and not active in contracting business.
