No job security. Only people are from Lat36 have job security, they formed a UNION and made the USA/UK leadership puppets in their hands. Even top performers are FIRED without notice. And employees from LAT36 have ZERO placements in an Year are enjoying with full salaries and promotions.

Harvey Nash boasts a lot about their working culture, employee recognition, Equality, Freedom of Speech however they are not able to implement it. If someone writes in the resignation that "due to undue pressure created...." it means a lot of stress an employee has undergone. HR and higher Management simply ignores it. They talk one thing at one time and talk exactly opposite after sometime. They try to malign your image.

Dislikes

Rights of employee are not protected. You never know what will happen next, what comments will be made by Managers in the next call and manipulative decisions / claims of hierarchy.
