...ees to work. Loved learning things here but then there is nothing more to offer. No appraisals no promotion work on same salary forever if you wanna work here. It has pathetic work culture full of politics.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but no career growth in future. There is a notice period of 60 days for executive level,before which you cannot resign

i am working in this company in a ip adress softweare .and i got a experience GST.

hartex rubber compensation is decent,but growth is very slow.the work pressure is very high.managers do not value an individual' unique strength,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

the company is develops its own and new technology for the different processes and can be retrieved at one place.

The management and Finance VP only harasses and tortures employees and those who work under them. There is lot of gender discrimination especially to female employees. If you complain HR says boss is boss you have to bear the harassment or else you are free to leave the company. No justice and no action taken for senior management wrong actions, only the employee suffers. Employee has no rights here.

Dislikes

the Management is terrible they make people work 16 hours a day with no additional payment or recognition. They make Employees to work on non working days. Lot of harassment and torture is there here with no rights especially to female employees. People are falsely blamed for no reason. No appreciation for work.Employees are treated like trash and no respect and dignity. I felt bad for myself joining. Wishes that this company doesn't deserve good employees. People cannot work here with free mind.
