...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Harsha Toyota is very very good company,if you do work hard automatically growth and every year salary will be here and no politics.Here everybody well co operative and work culture is very nice.Finally our management is very taking care of all employees good manner.

Salary credit on 5th of every month, Sunday fixed off, management will help if employees need amount for health issues. Thanks

There is a lot of politics even no unity in your department and the management not recognize the hardwork people no career growth, low salary, you have to do work like single man show. No days for trusty,hardwork person in this company.
