Although the company is not so bad at all...but regarding salary cycle its too much delay..like you will get current month salary after 4 months...

salary not on time and during lockdown we were on lwp (leave without pay) For 5 months.

The work culture is simply great and hope it lasts that way with new management.

Earlier there is a issue with delay in salary, but after new management took over salaries issue is resolved from past a year.

As a fresher there is a lot to learn and a lot of opportunity to fully understand software development. The managers support learning and growing one's knowledge.

As an experienced candidate you'll face salary issues even if the HR says that salary will be on time, trust me it will not be. Currently as of August 2019 they are in debt and hasn't been paying salary for two months and three if your salary is above 30k. The management will only blame you for your salary and won't even discuss salary with you. Don't join if you work for salary.

Hard Shell is very hard. They can learn what do you want and also they don't want to go home on time. You can work full day and full night.

every thing is good but salary will not be come on time. It is a big problem. I think so.

...directors, they always think about for their pocket and earning and managers.. they hide and stops to paying employees for 3-5 months of salary weather they filling up their own pockets. They will call you most of the sundays and shift timing is from (Strict) 9:30 to 8:15(on average) pm and after.
