No work life balance - some times you need to work like 12+ hr , in my DM asked me why are you not working at 23:30 worst project i ever got, need to attend client call even after working hours, I don't know why there are 2-3 stand-up 1) internal,2) with product owners, and 3) client developer, every day 2hr are in just formal calls only, Promotion/recognition - even though you have worked extra for a month or more it should be reflected in your 03 but it doesn't. Something you need to work on weekends but you will not get compoff or compensate depends on the managers. Big notice period like 60D, higher level 90D.

Working with Harbinger Group was a great experience.Overall work atmosphere was very good.People are very approachable and timely trainings are given.Everything is very closely monitored and higher management is extremely efficient and functional.It gives an equal opportunity to everyone in career development and presenting innovative ideas. It was very hard decision to quite such a wonderful company.
