Company has its own World Class Factory at Sanand, Ahmedabad. Had a good range of products.

Dislikes

...I refused, I was fired, fearing that the pandemic may continue for a long time! The Company also did not pay me the salary after serving one month notice period! Worst Culture & no knowledge of secondary sales. Only know how to do trading business!

State of the art factory setup at Sanand, near Ahmedabad with good manufacturing facilities. Good range of Aerosol products & wide range of lubricants.

Dislikes

No work culture adapted! Only focus on primary sales without any plan for secondary sales. Focus is on trading of products through wholesalers & traders! No marketing strategy & no focus on brand promotion. Hire & fire policy as per CEOs whims & fancies! Has appointed an ignorant fellow as the Head of Lubes Division who has no practical knowledge of the secondary automobile market & B2C Sales! No career growth for professionals...

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
