All the out late managers are not fully trained and there way of talking to there employs also not good , they always assume that I am right every time and he or she is always wrong the manager eat without any permission and say no one can eat food from pantry even the salary will also not pay at time to time they pay 2-3 month salary at a time . even there software also not working properly there thump and there bio matric machine is also not work properly and the no one can complain to our head of the department.

everything else, its all about politics. salary is never on time, no one cares even if you miss your EMIs. you have to wait for months for your appraisal after march. and appraisals are done on face basis, not performance

Only you can say "I am working with Haldiram's" no doubt it is a big brand name in FMCG sector. How? don't know but they have maintained good taste of their every product.

...ow worst is the work culture. - Employee benefits & perks are only myth here. - You will never gets salary on time & no one cares about it. - They can't even afford a cup of tea & drinking water. Office boys have really good talent to manage 100nos cups of tea in just 2ltrs of milk. - I can understand festival period is your business days but you can offer compensatory leaves later. - Other companies distribute Haldiram's sweets & namkin to their employees on festival like Diwali, but Haldiram's employees receives assurance that they can expect food coupon which is of just Rs.675 and will get after two weeks of Diwali. - In terms of technology there is very poor condition of computer systems & overall infrastructure. Company don't wants to upgrade & update IT Assets. Reason behinds this is unknown, either management don't wants or IT department have lack of knowledge and what we can expect from them - people with non technical background working there from 2-3 decades.

Their nothing to like in Haldiram, as chef i worked there, but the company never think about Employee precautions, health benefits, not proper guidance about PF benefits, and the Important thing is overall operation has given to Pizza Hut, Burger King, Domino's thoes who have only system knowledge they're not able to face the consumer complaint they don't have basic food knowledge. Conclusion:- Only Chatugiri karo , only Pie system most thing their is no career for specially chefs i would suggest don't join who want to make career in hotel industry.

You take any package food everything artificial flavours no authentic food taste. And The Nagpur Haldiram owner knowledge baseless personality , only money igoest person. Khali Chatugiri Karo.

...lance is very poor, there are only 4 public holidays, and only 15 casual leaves. Basic pay scales are not meeting the Designation (paying very low), not getting any trainings or motivation for growth. & very poor HR policies
