I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Firstly this is not pure haldiram the main haldiram is nagpur based and secondly in this company they follow no work no pay if you not attending the office they will deduct the salary Thirdly the worst culture and they will deduct the salary on National holiday
