V r expected to work 12 hours without OT pay, n just no or small freebies or gifts on festival (instead v r made to work extra) saying it's hospitality sector. Hello, does employees' mental health matter to any1.? Staff is crab, if u get something, ur co-worker will be jealous. Shit man.

No management no one here is responsible SO ASM RSM they just look after there number done are not that's it they don't want to know about the market up and down they don't care about the company norms and distributors stock norms no respect for down line executive no job security they terminate without valid reason
