All the out late managers are not fully trained and there way of talking to there employs also not good , they always assume that I am right every time and he or she is always wrong the manager eat without any permission and say no one can eat food from pantry even the salary will also not pay at time to time they pay 2-3 month salary at a time . even there software also not working properly there thump and there bio matric machine is also not work properly and the no one can complain to our head of the department.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years.on the job training is not given to new joiness

...rted into useless scenerio ..they are calling to come on job 2-3 days in a week.think can employee will survive in such type of salary.,The behaviour of manager in the outlet varies during covid-19 they think that they will say anthing to employee because of this crisis ..

Team mates are terrific keep on planning strategies to get rid of new Employees whosoever he is. Job security is very low as management only trust people of their locality only. Career growth is also very slow . Only good thing observed so far is Training Systems being given However all those learnings come to end and do not support individual to perform better.

Dislikes

Compensation is Ok as compared to other companies but no job security is there. Off's are cancelled everytime whenever there is any festival. Acute Labor shortage can be seen in every Outlet and Management does not support at all for same. Entire focus is only on profit and no people practices are there.
