... department and the management claims as transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies, appraisals, salary hike and performance linked bonus, all these depends only on the equation with boss, not on the capability and actual performance.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is purely dependent on the equation with boss. There is no minimum qualification required for a particular job profile.

Low cost food at canteen nothing else.

...skill development.no safety culture.Bad maintenance practice.No preventive work.people are happy with the salary as work done by then is much less in comparison to their salary.employee are lethargic. Remote area with lack of medical facilities and conveyance . You will feel like staying in a coastal village. Colony is full of snakes in rainy season. No place of kids entertainment.

The H.R.E.L. Township is one the best townships available in the city. Good medical benefits for employee as well as family. Good exposure to a lot of technological aspects.

Dislikes

Average pay is way less than other industries in the same sector. Appraisal rating system is extremely biased. Same people keep on getting highest ratings year after year without doing anything just because of favouritism. Very poor work culture, toxic environment. Not at all a "start-of-career" kind of company.

Work culture is very well and good, salary and increment is definitely high , just example I joined this company in feb, 2015 at salary 5.85 lacs CTC, now april 2017 my salary reached at 8.46 lacs per annum .no politics is there, at last work - life balance is best as earlier .I worked here freely and friendly .

Dislikes

During Durga Puja festival no long leave is given due to maximum Bengali people works here.this is pretty painful.otherwise nothing is disliked.
