Likes

It was very pathetic as there was no involvement in educating a fresher in what has to be done. Their important policies were not shown in document format and when there is something that has to be done they say its a policy but don't show the policy even on request. They don't give confirmations and asks employees to work on probation but expect a notice period to be served without any binding for it.

Dislikes

...ne Half the time they make you sit idle and act like they hired you for loss They don't pay a person enough for even regular survival.
