New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Kept passport & forced to work more than 12 hours a day, Sunday working, no personal life, if you aksed to leave job then they will kept your 6 months salary, jail type behaviour & fake commitments before joined

There is nothing to like in this company most of the above reviews are the part of paid promotion.

Dislikes

All types of harassments prevails in this hospital they have good contacts with the embassy so nobody takes action against them. CEO and his few men decide the policy over the table & changes from person to person, HR Head is puppet of Ceo and his men.
