I like the way things were managed and also the work culture was nice and friendly.There is not much hierarchy and therefore it becomes easy to communicate and work.Technology and software used for work was very user friendly and proper training was given before working.

Dislikes

...er some point but working for 2 months,the overall learning experience was good.Also I feel the pay is little less as compared to the work they expect such consultants to do and working hours they seek.

Pay is decent and upto senior level good growth

Politics. Favouritism for a particular set of people coming from a specific organisation. No specific criteria for growth unless you are from the said XYZ org. Tech managers have zero technical knowledge. No work life balance and managers force you to work late nights and call you up on weekends. HR department in this company is a joke.

Teammates are good. No training at all, 0% job security, very low career growth, very poor aprisal ,salary range worst in industry, lots of politics, no indication , disturbed work life balance

I got the opportunity to work under good manager. I learnt to interprete taxation regarding individuals under him.

Dislikes

Salary needs to be improved. Almost all my colleagues believed that salary pay needs to be improved. In addition to this, performance appraisal process needs to be improved. It should not be based only on the number of returns filed but other things should also be considered while evaluating performance for eg: customer response, knowledge, queries raised in QA, etc. We had faced situations where customer had enrolled on website a week ago but this client was allocated to us after a week and than the expectations are to close client in a day or two. That's not correct as per my view. Company is an excellent opportunity for those who wants to work in Individual taxation field. However, the problem is, if not sooner, there would be stagnation in respect of career opportunities.

Likes

Good for challenge seekers and self learners. Most of the work will be unsupervised, but this is great opportunity for problem solvers.

Dislikes

A Lil office politics, less visibility of good days job, unwanted tasks apart from sprint stories.
