Many employees are underpaid, while a select few—mainly senior team leads and long-standing members—are highly compensated. Unfortunately, the senior members rarely speak out for the junior employees, fearing that it could negatively impact their own pay or even their job security. This lack of advocacy creates a toxic work culture where employees feel disconnected, undervalued, and helpless in their pursuit of fair compensation. Overall, this company prioritizes a select few while neglecting the majority of its workforce. It's a difficult environment to work in, and I would not recommend it to those seeking a fair, supportive, and transparent workplace.

In painting production, working place is no doubt beautiful, previously working culture and atmosphere was quite fine ,but day by day it decreases. First of all working time ,is very short, you haven't much time to work freely, if you go to bathroom team leaders ask why are you so late !!!Always have mental pressure. You cannot carry mobile except break time .Overtime duty occur. If anyone deny to work in ot ,company management, team leaders force him/her to work on it not directly but also in behaviour they try to make you understood that you have to do Ot otherwise you are very guilty. Have no any promotion system, and salary increment system. Very remote location no any medical store ,food court . Lunch provided by office but if you long time intake the food surely you have to suffer from stomach problems. And besic need drinking water , office provided barrell water but dirty and so many times many people suffer from health issues related to drinking water . And transport problem, after 7.30 pm bus availablelity shortage. And after 9 pm no any bus available. Many more issues can't elaborate.

The management is very biased and they treat different teams with different mentality. Example, the EDD team, has very little work to do most days and they are often seen watching movies and series in their phones. But, when they are having to do overtime, they are getting to do that from home on Saturdays, and are even getting paid overtime as well as incentives. We have to work on multiple projects daily, and almost everyday we have to do overtime, without any incentives, unlike them, who makes blanks from QDs and has to fit designs inside blanks . They don’t have to draw like we do. They don't have to make any designs from the scratch either. Yet they are getting paid more and are even enjoying working from home facilities via remote PC control softwares. And the management treats them and the QD team better than most of us. The QD lead himself also watches movies in his phones . They are often seen surfing shopping sites during their work hours. We rarely get any free time, and we have to go to office almost all 6 days a week yet we do not get any incentives. Management ignores any request of incentives too. They are equally reluctant in providing increments too, while in the BRG office they are giving increments without thinking twice.

There is nothing much to dislike as there is no specific negative reason that would make the company stand out among the negativities you face in any other private companies. Since this is a developing company, you might find there are a some policies yet to be implemented, but there is nothing to discouraged by it. All you need to have is a little patience and I have seen several changes till now. So I assure, with a little tiresome hard work, you will find things walk in a positive direction.
