...ially, Socially and emotionally. looks like they are following dictator culture. They always threatened employees to terminate from the job and hold their salary without notifying and without proper reason. ''THEY HAVE A HABIT OF DIGESTING EMPLOYEES SALARY''. Employees share their problems to the management but they do not take any action. Overall the company structure need a good management and these foolish management should handover their work to some sensible person. .................................WORST 3 YEARS WITH GUJRAL INDUSTRIES.....................

...pany and most worst directors in Meerut city. They spoiled Career of Employees. No Culture , No Ethics, They always hold salary any time and if employee wants to leave the organization they hold their salary and mentally harrased employees.

I like the working culture over there and the supportive environment helps everyone to grow. It also provides ample opportunities.

Dislikes

There should be some add on cultural activities and should be an arrangement of tours for more enrollment. They can take peers for movies and outing.
