Company culture is worst and too much confidencial, no training, no transfer policy, no learning from peers or seniors, no promotion for 8-10 years atleast, no salary growth, salary declines year on year w.r.t. Inflation, no career growth, total disappointment in 2-3 years after joining.

Salary comes on time + you only work as a supervisors + Contractor will take care of your work

No policy + No future + Poor management in both the aspects whether it’s companies growth or it’s employees benefits + No skill trainings

Company policies are not good, appraisals are not fair and they are giving good salary hike and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is very slow.

Job Security being it's PSU. Work Culture is also good as colleagues and team mates are friendly. Company policies are also good.

Slow Career Growth, Slow Increment rate in Salary, Promotion issues due to Vacancy based criteria from Manager and above level, Lot of politics. Job profile issues are also there as Seniors not incline to share their cream profile work with juniors.
