Salary structure is not as per experience & position. Huge difference in salary of freshers,less experienced employee & more experience employee.

Old employees salary structure improvement. Compulsory Necessary PPE's. L-5 Employees alternate Double Week off.

Dislikes

The name of GFL company was good. But now the behavior of some politics type HOD is very bad. Here in the night shift, the Night duty officer behaved rudely with the employee and threatened suspension.
