Boss is the only owner of this company..I am requesting to all Job seekers do not Join such type of Organisation in life you will loose your self respect, self confidence and will loose your family too..old peoples are pressuring new people to do work on week ends and after office hours to Impress company owners...If we compliant towards HR that people more supporting to this old people..but do not know which things are right or wrong bec they are not capable to handle..Just my Question to Company owners what about after retirement of this old people?? bec you are spoiling life of youngsters who are joining your organisation....Company Ethics was not strong in this Organisation. do not Join....

If you think job security at borosil then you have to find another job. GM is replaced by overnight, so you are nothing infront of them. Extremely terrible environment for creative people. Everyone is working there to impress boss and not for organisation.

Everything that leads to impress boss. Then forgot that the boss is also a worker.

Increment on an average than other companies.

Dislikes

No training. Politics between teammates. Canteen facility not proper. Cleanliness not in canteen. Washrooms not cleaned. There in no any planned production. 5'S not maintained and for it top management not expend any money. Weekly off, Leaves , paid holidays not given time to time.
