Nothing to like about.

Dislikes

Nothing to learn from. Hr is not helpful and never available on the call and does not have the audacity to call back. The Process is very slow nearly no response from the hr. Management is not helpful does have a growth factor. Sal is very low and no increment will not recommend anyone to join not even freshers.

Likes

Good product. Small company, so still not so bureaucratic.

Dislikes

While some employees work very hard to build the product, some so called product managers at offshore would micromanage and dictate things, while having audacity to smoke during a meeting. Unfortunately these managers are in good books of leadership team, without contributing anything significant to product.
