...rganization's management and senior staff failed to deliver on their assurances. The offered package of 2.8 LPA for a Junior Software Engineer role was below industry standards, adding financial strain to my situation. To make matters worse, I was terminated on July 21, 2023, without valid justification and have not received a relieving or experience letter. The organization attempted to manipulate its online reputation after receiving multiple negative reviews, highlighting their unscrupulous practices. I strongly advise against considering Guava Trees Softech Pvt Ltd for interviews or assessments.
