I have many points for dislike: -Tech company but give target to the employee just like sales team, nothing good to learn. - Full of micromanagement - No specific SOP for the project every team follow process according to their choice. - Put on PIP during the appraisal.

I appreciate the remote work option, and the management and team processes are great. However, it would be even more beneficial if the company could offer more opportunities for technical skill development.

The ompany doesn't offer any night shift incentives or allowance.

GTT is a good company for beginners & who have less than 2 years of experience.

Dislikes

No exposure on technical kinds of stuff & A lot of dependencies is there. You become dependent on international guys as accesses/responsibilities are given to Indian guys. If you are getting an offer & reporting manager is Ajith or Santiago then do not accept the offer. Otherwise, you will sacrifice your own growth by your own hand. The above statements are comes from 5 years of experience.
