...frastructure Ltd. was my first company to work with. Teammates was very helpful. Training & Job security was just awesome in GTL, but don't think about salary when work environment having to lots of learning phases.

Good for anyone looking to get overall exposure of various R2R Sections, work culture is friendly & comfortable as managements takes care of employees with regards to leaves, medical & other issues. Job security at times can be critical if mgmt takes cost optimization in hand.

Salary is low and carrier growth also. Salary is main issue. Company did not give increment from last three years. But company given some incentive which is quit good bit not to all employees.
