Proud to say that I am part of GT Group for more than 19 years. The best part of GT is "on time salary" at any cost. All the 4 Directors are very sweet. Working at GT is very satisfying.

Worst environment to work and grow ,full of politics, they don't want knowledgeable,talented, person to work , they just need labour to do what they say , no respect, no dignity, just the hell

Gtbharathi waste of time There is no knowledge Simply changing the process , nobody is working result,simply doing blaming games , good sales knowing person not deserve to survive here Lots of gaming people and doing so much of politics

.GT group is great at its style. . MD is the only person who is talented and cares about the business and only person you can find with professional attire in the whole GT realty. The Highest designated officers are all an event organisers and stage performers who organises meeting, will not discuss Sales, Revenue or statistics of those either but just to impress MD. The most shocking is No one will question each other from the top most position to the executive level even the entire GT realty ends up with single digit sale. The management ,HR will order you to work like a tortoise not like a rabbit to have a longer career with GT, because there is a story that's says tortoise wins over rabbit in the running race. To my surprise My boss used to say this to me ever time and again. Even HR admits it. GT realty should know what professionals mean. Professional people communicate clearly and concisely. They are respectful of their work and performance. Unprofessional people, on the other hand, may be verbose or unclear in their communication. GT realty is not for Talents

GT realty is one of business of few, GT realty is like bunch of algaes in the garden of roses. Managed by unprofessionals, inexperienced, People who are managing the business without knowing the basics of the business. They all are completely, truly unprofessionals in all the possible ways of human abilities. No dress code, Everyone from executive to the person to whom highest destination was awarded can come with expired clothes, dirty chappals, with world's worst appearance and Smell. No HR policies, infact no HR at all. Increament based on mood swings but definitely not on performance. GT realty is not for Professionals, not for Talents and not for people for whom sales is an passion.

No MIcromanagement hence the freedom to perform , The management is good and employee friendly ,They do care about employee work life balance

The corporate policies defined by the HR dept gives a school like feeling (i.e definetly not performance driven )
