... No promotion policy. 2019 to till now no promotion. Company financial not good. Salary hike limited to 5% only. Working culture became bad day by day. Currently 20-25% leave organisation from Mundra plant location. Subordinate competency issues. Immature hiring due to limited candidate apply for job. Company have same pay scale from last 10-15 years. Management not focus on employee benifits. Higher management interst only their benifits.

Review of gspc lng Mundra Canteen facility Salary on time

Dislikes

Poor working culture Long working hours some times more than 16 hrs. Company in Mundra and its not good location no medical facilities and no transport facility. Company provide trasport from Adipur which take 4 hrs every day. In some cases genuine medical emergency person not able to get vehicle to come from company to home very bad management. Due to high man power attrition rate you must do extra shift and for that extra shift you get nothing only detoriation of health. No promotion last in 2019. Company heavy loss making and in debt. No management view for business. Micro management and no learning skill development. Mostly who spent more then 3-4 years feels trapped. Operation not able to take leave and not even week off also due to man power constraints. 3 months strict notice period. No proper recruitment and nobody like to come. Request not to join

No promotion since long time Company have no business view Company suspended C-off policy on extra duty you will get peanuts. Non co operative HRA and Admin. Company have high attriation rate. Long travelling time. Remote location Increment yearly max. 5% you can't bear inflection. If you willing to join take review who are already worked and who are left the organisation
