Nothing I find so good about the company but yes if u like helping people or do charity u may try this company. Nothing less but the the CEO of this company has been very helpful to most of its associates as in need

Salary is delayed and disbursed in multiple slots never in one go. You can get fired out of no where if you just try to do something right or question something which is wrong

its a fraud company provides work from home but not providing salary on spot resignation worst company and worst experience. i will file a complaint against this company and specially on HR and Ridan Basu these people are doing fraud poor company poor management Will take strict action for my salary issue against this company and management team.

Investing your precious time and efforts in a black hole, It was the worst experience ever in my life is No job future and no increments The management and the bosses are just like fox and vultures, I think it is enough to understand for good skilled peoples.... 🙂 👍

No increments No growth Too much politics inside office Jealously Environment 50% salary on the 20th of next month No bonuses Worst Convence to back home at 1 am night Company can fired you anytime without any proper reason, disputes, misbehaving or prior notice, you have to be prepare for this if you want to do job here. These all worst bad things was genuinely happened with me a day, that's why I am posting this reviews, it will be prevent new eligible Good candidates from such kind of harassments

Extremely Disappointed – Stay Away from Gruppent Working with Gruppent has been one of the most frustrating and disheartening experiences I've had. The organization suffers from deep-rooted mismanagement, a complete lack of strategic direction, and a toxic work culture that prioritizes politics over performance. Despite being in a position to do well, poor leadership choices, indecisiveness, and a resistance to change have completely derailed any real progress. Processes are outdated and broken, with no accountability at any level. Innovation is just a buzzword here—suggestions for improvement are either ignored or buried under layers of bureaucratic ego. Hardworking individuals are overlooked, while sycophancy is rewarded. Team morale is perpetually low due to unrealistic expectations and zero appreciation. If you value your time, career, or mental health, I’d strongly advise against engaging with Gruppent in any capacity—whether as an employee, client, or partner.
