... thats why there is no so employees in the company hardly 3 4 employees you see. After 6 months employess are often told their performance is poor and their salary is reduces to Rs 10k or 12K, prompting them to leave play with your mental health. Employees have to work even at night because students meet potential customers in the evening , leaves no personal time. Hire Employees those who live far from gurgaon so they have mental pressure of rents and income sources. If an employee leaves the company before the end of their term they wont receieve their docs, experience letter and salary. Interns are told they will get a certficate only if ther achieve sales targets Interns are promised training in portfolio Management but end up doing Life Insurance sales For Different Insurance Companies. Interns are asked to create a project reports after making sales, followed by a few small classes on ULPI's just to pass time No leaves are allowed from march to august because it is the internship period and the company needs interns to sell policies including on sundays Every Year the company hires new students of MBA as Team Manager with a salary but they are let to go after 6 Months as a result there are ni senior employees in the Company Love Sehrawat & Kashish Both who do the body shaming of Employees (Specially Girls Employee) and dont think what they are saying Srashti Jadoun is the HR who hires students from different colleges under various names for internship with very bad behaviour and no sense of talk The Company operates under 3 Names Grow Well IMF, TCB(The Capital Box) and Bridge Group Solutions all performing the same activities.

I worked as a intern but i am going to leave soon because of the constant pressure they put on you and as soon as you start your internship they will make you sales person and send you to your hometown to sell policy to your family. Policy were outdated and had no benefits. It's a scam they hire interns every year and complete their target through them. Please don't join this organization.

Nothing to learn. They will entertain you if you complete the target by selling policies which are not worth it.

Please don't join this company especially as a intern and also as final placed student,,, , their main business is to hire interns and then pressurise them to take or sale policies of worth rupees one lakh within a week ...which becomes impossible for a young intern ... ultimately an innocent intern will fall in their trap and will seek help from his parents ....and will waste their parent's money ...So guys please be aware from these fraud companies..who try to betray you legally...and you will have no word to say ....
