Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...t gained anything before coming to groupDCA. Employees past experiences is zero. we should pay to groupDCA by learning from them is there thinking. Only Retail work is there so choose wisely before coming as this retail background is not worth for Architects afterwards in market because they just do drafting inhouse and design all comes from global brands architects.who have dreams to aspire and aim for big projects go for better and bigger firms as this firm is very small but look wise looks big at ground. This firm is only for interior designers and draftsmen inclined. Do explore.
