...ry rudely, for them work is more important than other people's health or family. They give less salary compare to current market scenario. They don't treat well to Juniors

They pay their empolyees well. Some people are good to work with.

Dislikes

There is no proper training and TLs are very biased and ofcourse there is favouratism here too. Appraisal will be given only if you are TL's favorite. Also, groups make fun of and talk nonsense about some people in the office. I have seen people left alone and due to that they have even left jobs here. Its not very good environment for people who dont talk much.

You will not gain any new skills. You will be stressed all the time.

Dislikes

The salary is too low, no work life balance, the colleagues are not great to work with, company policies are worst, you don't get leave approvals.

There is team support and understanding among the team mates and higher management. Work culture is good, fun Friday is here. Cab services, quarterly office trips.

Work life balance rare, limited learning, work pressure, company policies, rectified salary and others.
