Working in greenwood resort is life changing for me I got to learn so many things my teammates were really great salary was up to expectation didn't get time to travel,hotel politics are Average the environment were somewhere upto the level of 5 out of 10 but the best thing about greenwood hotel&resort were all staff are equal .

This company indulges in agricultural products , hence i got to learn more about greenhouses & ripening chambers , also , my team mates come from various backgrounds which helped in understanding the different cultures & we work as a teammates with less disputes. As for the salary & appraisal is concerned , it is depend upon the overall performance of the employee..

I have worked for 3 yrs in this company , in the span of 3 yrs company has made its growth but, individually as a person there is no growth in my position or work , which directly affects my salary & appraisal.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
