...iddle management level are working for bread & butter. Appraisals are very poor. Salary part also very bad and competitive.

As a middle level manager, Suffers a lot. No proper training. Career is very slow. I am a top performer in dept from day one onwards. Appraisal is very pathetic.

Very less salary, Long duty hours(12-14), They always maintain kitchen with less staff, I worked 13hours continuously with full fever they didn't gave me rest or leave, I worked in continental there is poor menu...very less items...i learnt basic things there.... Finally worst management.... that's it....never join in this waste hotel

...h language, have good command on my subordinate and nice relation with seniors. Presently no lucrative pay/perks. Working with star hotel presently. Want to safe/secure job with bright career opportunities for growth of pay/perks in future life.

I'm baskar work in main kitchen, the salary was good and chef's also maintain the kitchen and kitchen people is good

At list change the a la carte menu yearly once, because when I come l saw the menu until I left from there menu not change

Would like to suggest not to join this company(Avasa hotel) as reputation of its has fall down by management's mistake. No respect , management change continuously, No educated staff ,they will pull your legs if you want to do better , no educated managers .
