Company is near railway station. Group have excellent values.

Dislikes

No work life balance Salary was not as per market for long term service Employee. Even after 8 hrs of duty...no OT for staff after extended working hours.

Grasim industries is the oldest industry in India , its 75 year old company, but their policy is not supporting experienced employees. Job security as depend on relation between you and your Department head. In some cases Department head are also not safe in Grasim. Work and family life have no balance.

Best things is Industry is very old therefore lot of work for exposure you. Just like a tanning school (kam salary m bahot kam karo fir ABG ka brand name k sath Grasim aapko vida bhi kar degi.) Means there is no value of talent.

* Good accommodation facility. * Other facilities for curricular activites are good. * Township is good.

Dislikes

* Salary not very good as per the standards. I would rather say, the doctors are highly underpaid. * No other perks and benefits are provided to the doctors working in their trust hospital, no matter if they are permanent or on contract. * Work ethics followed by the employees are poor. * Hospital and OHC staff very under qualified and not willing to work. * Complaints are not given a lot of heed by the administration.
