To be quite honest the only thing this place was good for is when the employers faked their way by telling their employees how they are their family. Literally no one here knows what is happening in the team including their so called leaders.

Dislikes

Well this will require quite a long list: To start with every month you have to beg and give explanations as to why you need your salary on time. The constant record that keeps playing is that the clients haven't paid and so they can't pay you. When you ask them for your salary, which at times they have a backlog of 2 months, they turn around and look for reasons to either expel you and conveniently look for other people to fool. If you decide to leave hoping that they will clear your dues, you will be given a PDC cheque which will never get cleared. They block your calls and messages and refuse to reply. If you join this organization, as an employee it will be your responsibility to ask them for an appointment letter. I worked for them for about 7 months and I still didn't get one. Overall if you are looking to do some charity work without getting any pay, Granular is a place that you should join.
