Toxic work environment No Job security Office politics No guidance, no leadership Micro management - There are spy cameras everywhere in the office and spying software loaded in the the laptop that takes your picture and monitoring.

Achievements and personality of the founder anil sir. inspirational person

Dislikes

90% clients are staffing companies, low salaries, hectic work, very biased at appraisals and granting leaves. Looks like school, have rules like no talking, no going out. cant take laptop to home, so no 'work from home' Management doing HR job and doesnt know how to run a company. i dont recommend it to my friends. looking for a job change soon.
