Job security zero they want people who can show intent instead of actual effort 5. can fire you anytime 6. Lack of support from manager 7. No growth 8. Extend your day by 8 or 8:30 sometimes 9 . Please don't look for this organisation and they will fire the employee anytime a They don't have good environment to work within and managers will ask you to work 3-4 hours extra to depress you . Everyday you will feel.like that you are in cage

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
