They don't pay salary... they do deductions nd will give you some stupid reasons. They want that employees should work 24*7 to generate revenue no matter after the successful payment customer is having issues.

...t itself was a clue that you are going to be fired and this PIP was just a sham. They barely pay attention to quality. You have clowns in the name of teachers (barring a few of course) who can even dance and sing in front of the camera to bring the crowd. The culture is totally tacky and people are running away from this toxic culture already

Everything was problematic except the remunerations. Horrible horrible place to work. I reiterate, so long it was Gradeup, the work culture, leadership, people, all of this was positive. the moment Byju's took over, the quality of people and content went down in the gutter. Everything was about sales and numbers. Quality took a backseat. of course, you do have good people/professionals, but that is certainly overshadowed by the rotten potatoes they have.

Good work environment and culture. Higher management Easily Approachable. Compensation is non biased and amd company policies are good and employee friendly. Overall Good place to work , learn and grow.

The people at BYJU'S are extremely helpful and supportive. I like to work here as there is no delay in salary . the HR team is extremely helpful.

The non-stop meeting can be tiresome. The air conditioning is also too cold for me.
