Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Given responsibility over the project department.

Dislikes

No structure. Poor management of resource and time. No salary increment or receiving salary on time. Bias on certain employees by managers based of location. No compensation for extra work during weekends or after office hours.

...life and whatever you earned money. Inside company so many 420 people are there. Whatever you getting salary they'll take back. Ex. You have to give treat, you have to sponsor trip. Suppose if you going to clint place or officially trip compy will not give money. (Not you will get money if your girl or relationship with management.) 24/7 have to work and you should not expect anything from management. Like OT, cab and food. Also there is no benefit like insurance and pf. Salary will give probably for only girls and who have relationship with management people. If you not working also 200% job secure for girls and having relationships with management.
