Too many.... Management is worst . No job security they will kick you out for silly reason and HR manager wont listen to you for the explanation and they will blame you for everything. favouritism at peak. Old employee who are working there keeps gossiping their bosses about new employee how he is incapable and should kick out

company is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 16-24 hours. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

They make false promises. Even they have not any professional skill still they are involved in election campaigns. They always consider employees as use n throw product just like their client companies.
