Having power with responsibility and reasonable freedom and a good working environment .

Nothing in particular as any Government job has its problems like frequent transfers and less pay for the work and responsibilities one has .

Good ser vice except less promotion for general category and less salary compared with centeral govt and private

... will have to work even situation like floods and natural disaster without any extra salary and it is pleasure

I am very happy to working here. But their is no any opportunity to learn new things and also their is no promotion here for out sources employees.

Job security, power to enquire, policy making, help people etc

Pressure, work life balance is not achieved,only people who work are pushed to extremes to work and others are left to continue with time pass. Political interference, late promotions and appraisals. Improper methodology in promotions ( only seniority)

Dislikes

Just avoid it. No process in place. You end up forgetting everything you have learnt earlier. No culture. Internal politics. No growth. Old applications. No proper place, Office, canteen. No documents, payslip.....
