Working for government of Uttar Pradesh is an enriching experience it has let me earn experience and enriched my knowledge as a team manager functioning across various govt departments to establish,sustain and evolve entrepreneurs, skilling artisans,giving ground to women entrepreneurs and helping them discover potential and independence in terms of finances. A good job security and contact points with higher government authorities.

Unwanted transfers slow career growth and repetitive nature of work can produce a feeling of stagnation

Everything depends upon which type of employee you are. If u are permanent then everything is nice, but if you are working on contract basis than be ready to have an ordeal...

Slow working, political involvement which leads to a lots of corruption in govt. Policies and tender..

Likes

Laisining with court,beurocrate,district administration,police adminstration and advocate.skill development forensic science,medical science,economic wing ,RBi,SEBI,proceeding. Criminal and fraud cases investigation and prosecution in the court also legal advise to police and district administration.

Dislikes

Prosecution hang in proceeding among the police, court and advocate.

Likes

Every things was excellent but working culture was tough. We had to work for 18 hours per day. Even today we have been so habitual and want to go in that atmosphere. We have luxurious fecilities to work which boost us to work and work. That is the work of our country.

Dislikes

Revenue Department is full of joy and adventure. A person like me enjoyed a lot because I am an extrovert and quick decision maker. Revenue department demands following virus in a serving Officer and that is :hard working, deep knowledge of rules and regulations of departments, quick decision maker and habits of working for the nation without any personal demands.

Overall experience was good, Enjoyed working there and gains lot of experience In health departments. Great knowledge of National Health Mission Programme, Participate in Making Presentations in District Health Society Meeting.
