One of worst organisation to work for, no clear goal of the organisation, leadership changes every 2 years, huge descrimination between government and non government employees, so much so there are different toilets!

No promotion for employees on even good work. HR is bias. Too much politics. No skill development only monotonous work is given to the employees. HR take such a long time in hiring. Process is so slow

Liked that if you are women and Just give a after office Hotel favour to any officer like Prakash Mirani or Satya narayan Meena or some more 2,3 officer they will definately promote you and ,HR team works on the isharo of Govt officers who are very less in number ,Even a month agO aJIT CHVAN aceo of GeM Took favour and made his ps to directly manager

Outsourced staff should be given some internal job postings. They should be preferred before while hiring from outside.
