My relative worked there. There's no job security. They'll terminate you anytime without any proper prior information. If you're terminated, you'll not get any proper response from any of those employees. If you complete anything successfully, it's because of teamwork rather it's your mistake and you should take the blame. They don't follow any proper time. If there's work to complete you've to work until it's completed. Meetings will be mostly scheduled favor to the on-site people (US timings)
