Really this company is a good, so many professionals are there. you can learn more and more.. I worked here, as a Team leader almost more than two years. evenif i don't tamil, i enjoyed so much while i was working. and i got support from management and HR team always.. Team members are really supporting. I left this company six months before. but always missing this friendly environment.. you can do work from home also monthly 2 or 3 days..for operation team. I was with Govche India (Kanakkupillai) for last 1year as an Executive in Operations. The learning cycle is completely a WOW... The amount of responsibilities which was assigned helped me in understanding the scope and developed the confidence which I needed to show off my skills. Started as fresher, now as an Executive. Looking forward to explore more!

I am designated as Senior accounts executive in Govche India for past 1.5years. Workspace is completely different from my old work environment. Continuous support from the day 1 till now. Enormous steps were initiated to enhance the employee welfare is a value addition in a workspace.
