It is FRAUD company. The owner of the company Mr. Mahapavit is FRAUD and he does not provide salary and then force and asks employee to resign and if you don't resign then he will terminate without providing any salary. He will block you everywhere on salary day. A lot of past employees gone through same problems. Then they can't do anything and then leave the company without getting salary. This company also claim for Moneyback guarantee but he does not provide refund to students and partner agents after getting their money and block them as well. A lot of legal cases are going on this fraud man and company

They dont have proper vision, Their CEO is not qualified to be in that position, He is working in the company from the day they started the operations, thats the only reason he us the CEO apart from it he doesnt have ant qualification to be as CEO. And all employees who are working in the company are not qualified people, they are in the respective positions only because chairman blindly believes them, and those guys are taking advantage of it. If employee can get fire in one day without any reason so unprofessional behaviour...not to like anything

Dislikes

There is partiality by management who flatters them can survive there otherwise they can fire in 1 day no job security and no professional environment at all. Fake and fraud company.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
